We have two spacious en-suite bedrooms with superking size beds, refreshment tray with a selection of teas, coffee and biscuits, flat screen TV and Wifi, both are on the first floor and have fabulous hillside views.

Bedroom 2 may be set up as a twin upon request, please advise when booking.

Our bathrooms each have a bath with overhead shower and a range of products from The Scottish Fine Soaps Company.

Served in the dining room, with views of the garden and hills beyond, breakfast offers a choice of full Scottish or lighter options.  Please let us know of any dietary requirements when booking. Packed lunches are also available on request (please allow 24 hours notice.)

After a long day our guests are very welcome to make themselves at home and relax in our lounge or conservatory.

If your dates for Bed and Breakfast are unavailable, we may be able to offer a short break at

Riverside Cottage or Courtyard Cottage.
